2. What we offer
Open+Pattern provides digital garment pattern files (PDF, DXF, ZPRJ, GLB, PNG). All patterns are free to download. You can choose to pay an amount of your choice to support the project. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

3. Delivery
Files are delivered as downloads straight after checkout. Please use a PC or Mac, because mobile browsers may not process the files correctly.

4. Licence
Files are licensed under CC BY 4.0 unless the product page states otherwise. You may use, adapt and share them, including commercially, as long as you credit Open+Pattern.

5. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right expires once the download begins, provided that:
(a) you expressly agreed that we start delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and
(b) you confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
We confirm this agreement in your order confirmation email.

6. Governing law
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
