Description

The Hungarian Army Zeltbahn M49 (M49/82), or sátorlap-esőgallér: a triangular shelter-half and poncho. A post-war Eastern Bloc design based on the German original, used as a rain cape, a camouflage poncho or buttoned together into a tent. The camouflage was reworked in 1949 from a 1944 pattern and reissued in 1982.
